110 Acres of Land Is Going on Sale in San Francisco … and You Won’t Believe the View

It’s all yours for $1 million an acre.

If you thought San Francisco property prices couldn’t get much higher, a pricey new piece of property just came on the market. At $110 million, this one’s bit more unusual. The 110 acres of land reaching into the bay is practically untouched … but perhaps not for long.

According to the SF Gate, “Easton Point on the southeastern tip of the Tiburon Peninsula is a natural wonderland of golden meadows, native plants and lush forests stretching across a ridge-line rising 590 feet above sea level and offering 360-degree views.”

“The sheer size of this property, we’ve never seen this before,” says co-listing agent Zach Goldsmith of Hilton & Hyland, a real estate agency based in Beverly Hills. “When I toured this property, I was blown away because the views are really on par with the sheer size of the land.”

“The property is owned by five families under the Martha Co. trust and hasn’t changed hands in more than 100 years.”
